The Fair Work Ombudsman recently updated the Fair Work Information Statement, following the High Court decision on 13 August 2020.
The Fair Work Information Statement is an informative guide for employees about their conditions of employment which forms part of the National Employment Standards.
Employers must give every new employee a copy of the Fair Work Information Statement before, or on commencement of, their start date.
